”I came in for a concert at Raymond James stadium. This property was perfect for my stay. I was able to walk to the stadium and got back before other people were able to get their car out of the parking lot. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from and walk to. The room itself was clean and had a fresh smell. ”

”Our stay was great. We could not ask for a better location for the price. We were in the middle of Ana Maria Island. The condo was immaculate and the pool was an added plus. Stephan was super responsive if we needed anything. The trolley is an easy way to around the island, but if you want to come and go as you please, rent a golf cart. We walked to the beach every day. It was pretty awesome. The only comment I can make is we had to wash towels and buy toilet paper. If you want to cook, you have...

”This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!”

So close to everything including a grocery store and the walk to the beach is perfect. No car needed for this getaway! If you want to go to siesta beach this is the place to stay!”

After booking the place our return flight got canceled so we had to shorten our trip. The host went out of his way to help us with that. He also called to make sure everything was going good and that we didn’t need anything. I would definitely recommend his place. ”

”Great accomodations. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice duplex unit perfect for me and my significant other. The location is ideal for access to beaches, restaurants, and recreational activities. I really appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner / manager Stephan. I also have to say it was one of the better vacations we have ever had. Beautiful Anna Maria Island is one of my favorite places to visit. We look forward to going back in the near future.”
