Huvilat – Florida Gulf Coast

”The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.”

”I travel down South for business every so often and I'm always looking for a nice spot to stay. This place was great and extremely clean. Heather was great with responding to any questions I had. A lot of fun restaurants and local bars within less than a mile. I will be back.”

”The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues.”

” An absolute gem in Sanibel! Our stay at the Driftwood Inn via VRBO was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the property was. It has that perfect, relaxing Sanibel charm and provided everything we needed for a flawless vacation. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the island and enjoy the beaches. The hosts were excellent and made the entire process seamless. We truly loved our time here and...

”My sisters and I had a wonderful time. Your place was exceptional clean great location!! Loved the place! We will be back soon! ”

”We will definitely be back again! The place had everything needed, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, laundry stuff, kitchen stuff, etc. All the little details were great, such as the labels on the light switches so we knew which lights turned on and even a plug in flash light (which came in handy when my husband got a splinter). Parking spot is right in front of the house which made it easy to unload our stuff. Easy drive to local grocery stores. Welcome book had great local...

”I love it everything is perfect”

”a little bit of Old Florida and seaside living. These old beach properties have been substantially renovated and now provide a modern feel. Lots of little touches - beach wagon, chairs, umbrella; gas & charcoal grills; pool; boat ramp and dock; kayaks; etc. - all make for an enjoyable brief stay.”

”I had to stay here for 28 days due to a issue at my current house being remodeled. The host stayed in contact with me to ensure my stay was going well the entire time. The house was clean. The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom was clean. It has all your basic essential needs. The beds are comfortable. If I have to use Vrbo again for anything in Tampa, I will definitely try to rent from this host.”

”Beautiful property and lovely backyard. The Riverwalk was perfect for our 2 pups and the host was very quick to respond and very nice. Would definitely stay again.”

”The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.”

”Beautiful place. I had a wonderful time. Perfect location”

”after we booked this property, we were told it wasn’t available. we were giving something off the books but the same owner. last house on the left(right). neighborhood was scary, house was scary, not clean! gecko poop all over the place!!!!!!!! the entire place was wooded and lots of rotting wood. the bathroom/laundry was once a front porch and the shower had a window that was not covered by anything so anyone could have seen in. will never use this vrbo again.”

”When Things go perfectly smooth there’s nothing to say”

”This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything the area has to offer.”

”Very relaxing, beautiful backyard, and pool”
