”No hot water the first day, was eventually fixed, but free breakfast that was promised when booking wasn't fullfilled they went as far as to charge for coffee and juice as there was a restaurant attached I believe the breakfast should have been at least 50 percent off since it was promised free breakfast on the website and on Expedia but other than it was okay”

”The first room we were given smelled like mildew. Towels were dingy and tv channels and services are outdated. We were locked out of our room on the first day because the battery died on the key lock. Spent an hour waiting for maintenance to get there after spending the day sightseeing, my kids were exhausted and this was well past midnight. The second room was cleaner but smaller. My son got stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes. We opted for parking but there was no parking. I asked for a...

”The hotel had cockroaches in the hallway and in the room-I had to spray with raid everyday . Also the coffee tasted like nothing I have ever had before. I would never recommend this place.”

”This is the best motel attached to a Beef O’ Brady’s we’ve ever stayed at! Other than our air conditioner not cooling enough for our taste, it was an ok property. The front desk at check-in was nice. Our neighbor complained to the front desk about our 6 year old being too noisy at 9:30 at night, who was just hyped up after getting out of a shower. I.e.the walls are thin. It also had a weird smell but one night before a cruise at that price couldn’t be beat.”

”It's a very nice property run by a friendly family. I feel there should have been more sound proofing during construction. I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent. Otherwise, nothing would put me off staying there again. Thanks!”
