”This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic.”

”The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

”We stayed at the beautiful property for a mere 24 hours. During that time we were able to walk to the beach and spent a few hours there (totally alone) listening to the waves and feeling the sun on us. We also walked down to the dock area which was a nice stroll. The guest house had everything we needed and was charming and cozy with super high ceilings. We will return. ”

”Easy to find, nice setup and very different... Issues with the stay; shower head was a rainhead shower too heavy for the wall so kept falling which left it way too short to truly shower, low water pressure, ac was in the livingroom and even though fans were on high not a ton of air flow. Bed was hard along with the pillow. For the price could have stayed in the water. ”
