”John at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I asked where a good place to eat was in the area. he gave me several options. It really helped. I like to to get the opinion of people who live where i stay. you get the best options that way.”

”I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.”

”Completely satisfied with our stay”

”Wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm. Room not ready. Short staffed. Most of the time we were coming or going to property minimal staff or no staff present. We were supposed to be at a concert at 6:30. Messed up our plans.”

”This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience for my family. The overall condition of the hotel was completely misrepresented compared to what is advertised online. The pool—listed as an amenity—was not functional and appeared neglected and unusable. We had booked two rooms for our family, including children and parents, and the conditions in both rooms were deeply concerning: Strong weed odor throughout the rooms Dirty, foul-smelling carpets and overall unclean...

”We were in town for a wedding. The room was very large. Breakfast had many options and the nightly reception was an added bonus. Location is wonderful.”

Iltaisin kantautui huoneeseen selvästi äänet hotellin sisäpihan uima-altaalta ja grillausalueelta. Äänet loppuivat kuitenkin 23:een mennessä.”
