”The facility of this hotel is simple and clean. It is very nice for an extended hotel. But the hotel is near the interquest main road, then sometimes it is a little noisy.”
”What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”
”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all.
Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house.
Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”The location was great and had been remodeled about three years ago. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The new coffee machine that grinds the beans and makes a single cup of coffee is a new addition to the complimentary breakfast!”
”We really enjoy old hotels and the Cliff House fits this bill. Very comfortable room and having dinner on the front porch was a real treat. The food was top notch!”
”This is our first time staying at a best Western and it was an excellent experience! We stayed here for a night to enjoy my mom‘s 71st birthday. Everything from the room to the beds the TV the bathroom, the pool, the iced pineapple water, and the delicious breakfast and the gorgeous Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back. The staff are very friendly as well. Thank you.”
