”What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”

”The location was great and had been remodeled about three years ago. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The new coffee machine that grinds the beans and makes a single cup of coffee is a new addition to the complimentary breakfast!”
