”The facility of this hotel is simple and clean. It is very nice for an extended hotel. But the hotel is near the interquest main road, then sometimes it is a little noisy.”
”What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”
”This is our first time staying at a best Western and it was an excellent experience! We stayed here for a night to enjoy my mom‘s 71st birthday. Everything from the room to the beds the TV the bathroom, the pool, the iced pineapple water, and the delicious breakfast and the gorgeous Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back. The staff are very friendly as well. Thank you.”

Iltaisin kantautui huoneeseen selvästi äänet hotellin sisäpihan uima-altaalta ja grillausalueelta. Äänet loppuivat kuitenkin 23:een mennessä.”

”This was a wonderful place to relax and celebrate our 55th anniversary. It was peaceful and the staff was very accommodating. We added an extra night and it was no problem at all. It was in a very nice area of town. Restaurants and shopping were very close.”

”Booked a suite for a family overnight and every aspect of this stay was phenomenal (and I’m picky). From the cleanliness of the entire establishment to the outdoor hotub. Loved that we had room to spread out (family of four with two kiddos who were ready for some room to relax). Loved our stay. And the Mountain View option is plus! ”
