”The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun.”

”I liked the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast. However, being a hilton honors silver member, I wasn't offered 2 free bottles of water upon arrival.”

”The employees were constantly harassing guests with their walkie talkies. A few guests booked rooms in the hotel to interfere with police investigations. The police were at the hotel every other day. The hotel had plumbing issues and they were constantly getting hacked by cyber criminals. The employees did not reach out to their IT vendor and many were fired.”

”Thankfully, everything changed when we went up to the Aviator Bar. From the moment we walked in, Perla welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt valued. She truly treated us like royalty! We also had the pleasure of meeting Deon and Ken, These two were amazing as well. ”Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly! I appreciated that the hotel is locked at night to prevent any unwanted visitors from entering. The only downside we encountered was breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on the weekends! Being from a different time zone, we were up early and had places to be! However, the breakfast was good on the days we did eat! For the price, I was very impressed with how clean, well maintained, and updated everything was! Would stay again if we’re back in the area!”

”The fully equipped kitchen had basic appliances, stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and most basic dishes for 3-4 people. Not bad however, the kitchen did NOT have pots, pans, and accessories to cook with, or a dish strainer or a sponge to wash dishes with. (Nor were kitchen items (except for a sponge) obtained after requesting for 3 days in a row, I gave up after that. Horrible for a one week stay. ”Room was clean. Pets were accommodated with a first floor room and pet grass area with bags available. Breakfast was the usual complimentary hot breakfast. Parking seemed like it might be limited, but we actually had no issues finding a parking spot. All good.”

”The room was clean. The beds were hard which some people like we are more of a soft bed kind of people. The pillows on the bed were very lacking very small and there was only two pillows on each bed. The pool was not open at all. And the continental breakfast was very lacking. We actually ended up leaving and having breakfast at restaurants for our entire stay. The parking lot is very small and tight, but overall our stay, there was good.”

”Innokkaana juoksun harrastajana erityisesti jäi mieleen, että melkein hotellin vierestä lähti erinomainen lenkkipolku. Huonona puolena jäi mieleen melko kehno äänieristys. Iltaisin kantautui huoneeseen selvästi äänet hotellin sisäpihan uima-altaalta ja grillausalueelta. Äänet loppuivat kuitenkin 23:een mennessä.”
