”What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”
”Food was over priced for what was served in the restaurant. The beds were extremely hard and not very comfortable after a long day in the water. We had a ton of fun in the water park and at the other activities held on site though.”
”This is our first time staying at a best Western and it was an excellent experience! We stayed here for a night to enjoy my mom‘s 71st birthday. Everything from the room to the beds the TV the bathroom, the pool, the iced pineapple water, and the delicious breakfast and the gorgeous Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back. ”Innokkaana juoksun harrastajana erityisesti jäi mieleen, että melkein hotellin vierestä lähti erinomainen lenkkipolku. Huonona puolena jäi mieleen melko kehno äänieristys. Iltaisin kantautui huoneeseen selvästi äänet hotellin sisäpihan uima-altaalta ja grillausalueelta. Äänet loppuivat kuitenkin 23:een mennessä.”

”This was a wonderful place to relax and celebrate our 55th anniversary. It was peaceful and the staff was very accommodating. We added an extra night and it was no problem at all. It was in a very nice area of town. Restaurants and shopping were very close.”
