”The Polaris Hotel at USAFA is in a beautiful location. The mountains towering over the USAFA provide beautiful views. Everyone on the staff were attentive & friendly. This was our 2nd stay & we will certainly be back! The room was spotless. We didn’t use the pool or the workout facilities but they looked inviting.”

”We were in Colorado Springs for one night for our nephew's Air Force graduation and this room was perfect! Modern, clean, close to the base and other amenities - the price was right and it was just what we needed! Thank you!”

”I liked the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast. However, being a hilton honors silver member, I wasn't offered 2 free bottles of water upon arrival.”

”Room was clean , mattress can be a little more firm, otherwise great room and breakfrast.”

”The staff was very friendly. My only problem is I have a hard time walking and I forgot to ask for a closer room. Of course we were all the way to the end of hall. We also had no view except the parking lot. That was disappointing. I would stay there again but now I know what to ask for. Breakfast was also good.”

”Only two lights in my entire room worked and neither was large. The WiFi was nearly unusable in the room and the taxi service recommended was a no show for the first driver and I was late to an event. Staff was responsive and did their best. For the cost not worth it.”

”We booked 2 queen bedroom property and we were given only 1 king bed in the room. Upon checking with the hotel staff they said they don't reserve or hold the rooms if the booking is made via expedia which is a 3rd party to them.”

”When you see the property on the web page it’s rated as an excellent.our beds were squeaky the rooms was not that clean and all the comments from the other guest were lots of weird people living there I do not recommend it if you have a family and kids around.”

”The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. This a awesome staff”

”The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off...

”The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast and coffee were very good. The shower valve did not work properly. Water was mostly warm to hot. More hot than warm. Reported situation to front desk but it was not fixed.”

”Once the room was available for check in around 4:15, check in should have been 3pm, the room was clean and roomy. Although there are No Marijuana Smoking allowed signs everywhere, my grand daughter and I had to walk through 3 halls with acute smell of Marijuana. Property management should enforce their policy, if not, then I suggest not staying in Colorado at all if you dont want to be around Marijuana at every turn.”
