”The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. ”

Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. ”

”Breakfast seemed not very fresh, also lack of coffee machine in a room for me was uncomfortable, the rest was good - clean, no carpets, the hotel is in a good condition in overall. ”

”Beautiful and historic antebellum mansion. We had a spacious and comfortable room with access to kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking out over the water. It’s in the center of the historic town with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!”

”I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again but if I were staying multiple days I'd get a bigger room. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and welcoming! The air conditioner worked very well and the water...

”Wonderful and welcoming staff! Nice rooms with outstanding bathrooms. Coffee vouchers for the in house coffee shop was a nice touch Would stay again for sure. The only thing we would have liked is chairs outside of our room. There were tables and chairs available that the staff said we were welcome to move in from of our room but we felt uncomfortable moving them from someone else’s room. Also the breakfast place directly across the street was awesome. Highly recommend”

”Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. ”
