”We did not get to eat breakfast as we checked out at 5:15 am. Ron checked us in and was super nice. As for cleanliness it was quite dirty. One of the staff members encouraged us to park as close to the front as possible so our vehicle was not stolen.”

”Staff was truly helpful - I was able to get a shuttle from the airport even though my flight was delayed and I arrived after 12:30am ( was supposed to arrive at 11:50pm). Breakfast had pancakes, omelette, sausage patties, biscuits and etc!”

”The breakfast was good and convenient. We had a room where the water from the shower drained out to the rest of the bathroom. So our bathroom floor stayed soaked. I understand that this was a handicapped accessible room but they too could have benefitted from a dry bathroom floor and some drawers to put clothes in. Not one drawer and only 3 hangers. Alex was wonderful and helpful, and parking was convenient.”

”Dont know if it a drop on atandards for the Hampton brand or just this particular hotel, but this was a huge disappointment. The overall quality of this stay was no higher than the lowest hotel grade available. No extra toilet paper, no floor towel or other floor covering in the bathroom. Our feet were cold. Very plain and a "cold" atmosphere throughout. Not warm and inviting. Breakfast was unimaginative and featured old and broken appliances. Just a spartan, non-inviting place to stay. Staff...

”When we first started walked into the room it had a terrible smell, it smelled like old and smoke. The tv didn’t work and all furniture were dirty and old. The curtains made you want to throw up, we asked for a change of room. The new room had a broken window that was taped, the couch was really dirty and the new room was just as terrible as the other one, only this time the tv actually worked. The property in general was the worse thing ever, I never imagined to find something so dirty and...
