”I didnt like the smell in the lobby or the strip lights in the room. The bathroom looked like the bathtub had been refinished poorly and not cleaned behind the bathroom door. The pool looked like it hadn't been open for years. There were bricks in the bottom with no water. We arrived about 1:00 and she did let us check in use til 3:00. ”My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again.”

A brown poop looking substance on the wall beside the toilet. Staines that appeared to be either blood or Taco Bell sauce on walls and doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors unswept. Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room.”

”Not happy with the room not clean the shower not working right,I ask for a chair in my room 2 times and they couldn’t help me and the coffee in the afternoon was cold ,the water went all over the bathroom floor had to clean it up 2 times.”

”This hotel is right next to the Knoxville airport which allows someone to walk from baggage claim to the hotel in 5 minutes. The restaurant and staff at the hotel are wonderful. The problem is the the hotel is old and tired. In our room, we were unable to charge our phone, IPad, etc. Because the outlets available for this use didn't hold our cable plugs securely so the items didn't charge. It could be a great stopover but it needs major updating.”

I was in room 106 first visit which was located very close to front desk and dining hall. It was very noisy in the morning.
