”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

There was literally a wall right outside the window. Other than that it’s in a great location, the free breakfast is a great touch because most places don’t do free breakfast anymore. ”Only two issues one was the TV. Washed out and tough on the eyes. No fan in bathroom. Clean room, hallways and walk ways. Floors in lobby and restaurant always clean. Staff: Always helpful and pleasant. Breakfast: Oatmeal is ample and delicious. Traditional bacon, egg, potatoes and bread great. Bar: NA Computer and printer available to print airline tickets.”

As a former luxury hotel professional, I can confidently say their standards of service and cleanliness are top-tier. The entire staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful, immaculate, and loaded with wonderful amenities. We loved using the gym, and taking their golf cart shuttle to dinner one night was an absolute highlight!...

”Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast had many selections, but unfortunately every morning was similar and eggs were too soft for my liking and the meat options had non-pork item only once. There are many chicken, turkey and beef options available so it would be nice to focus on meats more total people can eat. The south is inundated with pork meals everywhere. ”

”My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.”

”Kind of a run down location. Bed was pretty comfortable but the bathroom looked a little rough. Old shower head, not very hot water and not very hard pressure. Breakfast was not very good at all. The waffle maker had stuck on waffles and even after someone tried to clean it, it happened again. Very limited options. Wet and soggy eggs, hard as a rock biscuits, runny gravy. Don't stay here for the free breakfast. We booked last minute after flight cancelations.”
