"Sijainti hyvä, lähin metroasema lähellä. Komea maisema Thames-joelle ja Tower Bridgelle. Aamiainen kattava ja monipuolinen, jopa hedelmiä sekä tuoretta kurkkua ja tomaattia oli tarjolla. Sängyt olivat siistejä ja mukavia, huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Ilmastointi oli hieman äänekäs, mutta hyvin saatiin nukuttua."

"Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja huone on jokaisella vierailullamme ollut siisti. Sijainti on loistava! Tulemme yöpymään täällä jatkossakin."

"Staff woke me up by knocking at my door for minutes at 8am when my check out was at 11 despite a do not disturb sign. When I opened the door, they just told me that they would be cleaning my room later. Very weird. Told reception, but they were not intrested."

"Yotel London City hotel is nicely located close to all central attractions. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. Hotel’s idea is to have compact hotel rooms to not waste valuable real estate on anything that’s not essential. My room was too compact to my taste. The only window was in the bathroom but you could only see a windowless brick wall in less than a couple of meters distance from it, no sky, not much daylight either. Luckily the nice people of the hotel upgraded my room to a city view for a modest fee and my trip was saved. The breakfast was a positive surprise, good and plenty. I did not gave any cleaning of the room during my four days as there was ”a deal” to exchange the cleaning to a coupon for some treats in the hotel restaurant. It was a disappointment not to receive the coupon either."

"Huoneen internet oli hieman heikko ja jouduimme käymään aulassa saadaksemme siihen yhteyden. Kerran yhdistyttyään se toimi hyvin. Plussaa oli aulassa oleva vesisäiliö, josta sai ohikulkiessaan ottaa tuoreilla sitrushedelmillä maustettua vettä. Sekä sisään- että uloskirjautuminen sujuivat hyvin. "
