”It’s hard for me to leave bad reviews but the listing is misleading. “Luxury” - it’s not by any means. The pictures make it look way better than it actually is . There are so many things that need attention but there is an obvious complete lack of care on the maintenance and aesthetics. I don’t want to be mean but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. What I will say is, it would be a great idea to hire a professional house cleaner because I can tell that’s not happening. I saw a previous review...

”Maybe my expectations were too high. I usually book through the other one—both as a guest and a host—so I’m used to a certain level of basic amenities. I booked this stay through here and assumed it would be similar, but the house fell short in several simple areas: only one bathroom had hand soap (and it was a pump), there was no bath soap at all, no coffee, creamer, or sugar, and not even a box of Kleenex.
