”My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence. Great friendly staff near quite a few small restaurants and near enough to various studios too. Our room was very clean but did have a few cosmetic things such as a broken small shelf in shower, some worn thru spots on furniture but again just cosmetic. We liked that there was a small fridge and microwave and a small set of outside tables near breakfast area. parking was right...

”We really enjoy staying at the Hotel. Hotel is very nice, clean and smells really good. Front Desk people are very nice, accommodating and very friendly. Area is walking distance to Universal Studio and City Walk. Free juice and coffee. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. My only complaint is that the room is too dark. ”

”It was an exceptional experience! Kiki & the entire staff were super friendly & helpful.
We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key.
