”We tried checking in after 3 PM but had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was clean enough but the rest of the building had dirty floors. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty there was a film on the water and there was hair and other debris floating around. ”

”This is an older property and could use some updating. With that said the room was very clean. The owners that run the place are extremely nice. Unlike some luxury hotels the room was made up every day with fresh towels. If you want a luxury spa environment this is probably not the place. But for a clean nice safe place to stay I strongly recommend! I have stayed here before and will return in the future. ”

”The space was very nice for the two of us. Sanger did a nice job preparing the hot tub - which was a nice touch for our stay. The community is nice and quiet. The only thing that would have made it nicer was to have a small stove. All in all it was a nice getaway.”

”This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Motel. Do not stay here. I was in town for the Muenster, TX Germanfest Bike Rally and selected the facility due to location. I did not expect it to be a Holiday Inn or Hampton, but I did expect it to be clean, and it was not even close to being clean. Spend an extra 80$ and stay at the Lindsay Inn closer to Gainsville, TX, or just stay in Gainsville and drive in for the Bike Rally or Germanfest. It was so bad, I left and went to find...

”We booked this for a quiet get away and it was definitely that. We had the property to ourselves during our stay. Communication with the property owner was good once I logged into my Expedia account and asked her to text me. Expedia/VRBO never sent any notifications that I had messages waiting from her. A couple things to note, the restrooms are detached from each cabin and there is no sink or anything in the cabins. Each cabin has its own private bathroom, but is something to be aware of....
