”It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. ”

”Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place.”

”Hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out. Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself. Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue. We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again...

”Warm recommendation! The room was modern and very clean - it even smelled like chlorite in the bathroom, which to me gave a clean appearance. The location is great. The breakfast selection was basic, varying from continental to English breakfast, but it was alright. Gluten free breakfast was available. Cute hotel!”

”Beautiful hut had everything you needed including a hairdryer! Welcome pack was appreciated. Hut was very clean and decorated very tastefully. Really enjoyed my night away in it next time will book longer. It is small and compact perfect for two people. Bed was very comfortable. Well deserving of 5 stars”
