”Spacious rooms. Beautiful location. Clean. Good Breakfast. No laundry service (despite what website says). Plenty of parking”

”The room was nice in terms of appearance. But the emergency light went off for no reason in the middle of the night and kept us up for a while until we found something to cover it with. The mattress in our room was well worn and had a big dip on one side making it hard to get comfortable on that side. Check in isn't until 4:30 but the majority of the shops close at 5. You need to get here early. Fort Augustus doesn't really have that much to offer. It was nice to walk around a little and see...

”Very easy to find a key. Clean and quiet place. ”

”It was just ok. Very basic room, small but very bare amenities. Bathroom vent very noisy. Towel warmer had wires hanging out and no decor on walls, but seemed clean. The view was good but the price we paid was too much for the quality of room.”

”Set in a beautiful and unique setting, the place provides a great place to stay. Lack of lifts does make it harder to get to the top floors especially with luggage. The only issue were the very heavy fire doors on the bedrooms that made a lot of noise when opened and closed.”

”The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly.”

”Great location and room was lovely. Good communication from everyone we dealt with. Would happily stay again”
