”The folks that rent the property are great to deal with. The home works for small kids that have a-lot of energy, as the grass lot would offer them a safe outdoor area.It also works for the fit and energetic folks that have a compass as the trek over the dunes to the ocean is demanding. It would also work for anyone needing a Place to come down from the fast pace of every day life.”

”Large piece of property in a clearing in the woods with native plants and trees. The owners live on the property and have a lovely and friendly dog. The 2 b.r., rental is very comfortable and warm and cozy. Everything you need is there and it is quiet. You are close to town and not far from Mendocino. Noyo Harbor has the best fresh fish.I highly recommend this place.”
