”This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing.
There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD.

We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. ”The location was great and the cafe downstairs was very good for breakfast. However, we didn’t get the room (with 2 beds) that we booked and paid for for the first night as we arrived later in the evening. Had to change rooms in the following morning with quite a lot of hassle and the staff didn’t quite do what they promised upon arrival. ”It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing.
