Luckily with new ownership we had started this process and will continue until all of the rooms are up to each of our guests standards. We do clean the carpets after every guest, but with many of them being 20 years old, there is only so much we can get out. As for the breakfast and the front desk- these are items I will take care of immediately and ensure all of our guests are taken care of quickly and kindly.

Mohammed, Thank you for your feedback, we are actually an Inn and do lock the lobby as there is no need for guests to enter after hours and this also allows an extra level of safety to our limited nighttime staff.
