This place is totally disgusting. We arrived and were given the key card. When we got to the room the housecleaner was still cleaning. She basically left it the way it was when we got there except I asked her to vacuum. The bathroom was totally disgusting with mold all over the shower towels. The toilet was leaking at the floor ring. The rug was also disgustingly dirty and the couch which was a sleeper couch was also filthy. We slept in our clothes and declined to use the shower before leaving. Could not wait for morning to leave. I would NEVER recommend this location nor would I ever stay there again.

Diane, we are so sorry you were given a room before it was ready. I did speak to you when you first checked in and offered to move rooms- we did not know she did not finish cleaning it and I deeply deeply apologize. We would have sent her right back to finish up and ensure you had a perfect stay.

The property appears nicer than the rooms really are. The bathroom in the room was filthy. I went out to but cleaning supplies and scrubbed the tub. The tub was backed up after cleaning which delayed our ability to bathe. Huge spiderwebs in the bathroom. We stayed in room for as little time as possible because it was so nasty and uncomfortable. Also there was no relief in possibly changing rooms because they were filled to capacity..

This hotel was very dirty and very old. Shower was rusted and the tub looks like its 50 yrs old. Customer service On Friday and Saturday was awful. To hi or thank you. The continental breakfast was not good. I had to get the person twice to get more bagels to make more coffee. He spent more time outside speaking to the other employees. There were holes on the sheets, The rugs need to replace. They have never been clean. I will never stay in this hotel again. I believe that someone from corp should go take a look at this rooms.

Josefina, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay. We understand we are an older facility that has not been renovated in over 20 years. Luckily with new ownership we had started this process and will continue until all of the rooms are up to each of our guests standards. We do clean the carpets after every guest, but with many of them being 20 years old, there is only so much we can get out. As for the breakfast and the front desk- these are items I will take care of immediately and ensure all of our guests are taken care of quickly and kindly.

There were no clean towels or washcloths available . The front desk blamed.it on management not ordering enough. I was one of 4 people in the lobby asking. I ran into a cleaning person and they had several on their cart after i was told that there werent any available.

Do not get a room here. This is the dirtiest nastiest disgusting room you could ever get. When you’re gone from your room, they will go in your room and steal your belongings. Then they will try to kick you out before you try to call the police. I

The smell in the room was awful. The room was also not clean and when the air conditioning is on the smell of weed becomes too strong.

Our housekeepers work hard every day, following a strict cleaning routine with approved products to ensure each room is cleaned and sanitized between each guest.

The carpet was filthy and stained. The shower curtain was dirty and had a bad odor. Every time the air conditioning would turn on could smell and marijuana through the vents from other rooms.

One you have to ask for room service to be done. However after asking you still won’t get room service. Had to go down to office. And continue to ask for clean towels. And some of the staff there. Had a real bad attitude when you ask for towels. I will never stay at this hotel again

the Room was in bad shape. the ceiling was falling in, the tub faucet handle was bent, thought it would break when trying to turn in the water. also the sink and tub drains are blocked, so youre standing in dirty water while showering. other wise the staff was friendly and curteous

Moldy shower area. Carpet dirty. Shade would not go up. Window curtains tattered, torn and dirty. Bathroom sink way too low. Disgusting room. Just horrible. I am surprised Expedia endorses this dump.

there were people just "hanging around" doors propped open, the smell of weed, shower was terrible, couch in our room had many stains, the ceiling had water spots and dead bugs on the floor.

MOTEL - not a hotel
This is a MOTEL, door to the outside. A lot of sketchy people stay here, the counter service is like you’re in Guantanamo Bay. Lobby door is closed at a certain time and the only way to communicate with personnel to check in is through a small doggy window. Terrible.

I didn't stay in the property, the conditions were horrendous. It started off wrong, I was supposed to be able to pay once I arrived according to Expedia website agreement and before I could get to the property they had charged my card. Once I arrived they're was no one at the front desk for 20-30 minutes which left another guest and myself standing waiting until a very rude front desk clerk offered no apology. I inquired about the MOTEL illegally charging my card and she offered some unethical excuse and I ask her to cancel my stay and return my money (release it) and she assured me that she would.

We do pre authorize cards around 6pm day of arrival for the first nights stay to ensure your reservation is valid, this is written in your reservation confirmation after booking. We do apologize if this was not noticed before. We are sorry the staff was not there readily available when checking in, they are the only ones here and sometimes have to step away to help another guest around the property. I do show your reservation was cancelled and the authorization will drop off shortly.

Very nasty old and mildewy rooms. and the continental breakfast is very limited. The dining area was nasty everything about this hotel and my encounter, and stay with my children was very unsatisfactory. I will be requesting a refund or canceling my card.

Lauren, we are deeply sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay here with us. We understand we have an older facility that has not been renovated in over 20 years which can cause the rooms to feel under par.

I made the reservation with my one key cash. And after getting to the hotel chatting in, leave me a deposit. They said my one key cash wasn't acceptable because I violated the terms of my agreement with hotels.com so since that day I've been trying through 8 different ribs to find out. Exactly what that violation was no one won't call me back or respond to me , but it gave me twelve hundred and one key cast and then not allowing me to use the remaining four hundred

The place is dirty and there was no soap. When I asked them for soap, they told me they "didnt have any" and I should go buy some. Its so dirty and decrepit. I would NEVER stay there! Tons of sketchy people around.

Hillel, Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately due to a delay in shipping we did run out of soap for a day or so and do apologize for the inconvenience. We are an older property that has not been updated in some time however every guest space is cleaned and sanitized between each guest use as well as by request and we have renovations underway to assure the satisfaction of all of our guests.
