”Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!”

”The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues.”

”The property was wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us and the location on Cape Coral made it an easy access to wherever we wanted to go. The game room was a true plus. We all loved the pool, it was so clean and we enjoyed the water fall. If anything was a negative; it would be nice to have King size beds in the upstairs bedrooms. But we knew they were queen size when we booked it. Would book it again when we visit SW Florida. Highly recommend!!!”

”The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!”

”We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.”

”Nice and close to the beach. Very clean. Nice backyard with canal. Rooms comfortable.Might have been in details somewhere, but need to bring/buy things like hand soap, Kleenex, and such. Minimal kitchen items and dishes. Still a wonderful property but be just to know so you are prepared.”
