”Great stay but not sure why this property is considered a 3 star. Would be more of 2-2.5. Beds could be better. Odd color scheme. Overall decent stay if price is right. No complaints just preferences ”

”Pools and play areas were nice definitely great location walking distance with a lot of activities and restaurants. Staff is pretty friendly. Beds couches and chairs were extremely uncomfortable ”

”We have stayed here several times. The rooms are decent and the location can’t be beat. Breakfast is so/so. I’ve had better at other hotels. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a bit on the small side. We like the fire pit and hot drinks in the lobby. ”

”The resort was very clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed complimentary s'mores and pink lemonade. There are several food options at the resort. The trolley to Dollywood was quick and easy.”

The doors slammed pretty loud at all hours of the night, and the hallways/ elevators reeked of marijuana. Will not stay there again. We left before our reservation ended just to not stay there another night. ”

”We were close to our Venue and our room was very comfortable! The staff were great! We did not partake Of the breakfast but it smelled good! Only suggestion would be having charging ports on the desk and between the beds. ”

”This was a great place to stay - very clean and lots of amenities (pools!) Loved our room, very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was a great added benefit. The only downside was that the breakfast foods were not very hot. But would definitely stay here again.”

”It was sufficient for 2 nights. It was ok clean, definitely not spotless. We only ate breakfast there once. McDonald’s is a better option. We won’t be back but for a low budget hotel, it wasn’t awful, somewhere between poor and ok. ”
