”Excellent small hotel connected with shuttle bus to AKL Airport. Very clean, although smallish rooms, good beds, spacious bathroom/shower. Available dinner menu is limited but quality and taste was just so good!!! We had to leave before the breakfast was completely set, but it also seemed to be more than adequate.

We knew this before booking so didn't bother us much, but could for others. The room we booked was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. The kitchenette was well stocked. It is walkable to Manukau shopping centre, but just be aware lots of traffic to navigate. Friendly helpful staff. Parking available at $15 per night (if not a member of ALL Hotel...
