”The property needs to be advertised better . What’s in the photos is not the room I received. The ac is not on and takes a while to cool the bedroom as that’s the only room with ac . The water pressure is not good at all . I couldn’t get my long hair rinsed out . The items included on the welcome package were not included . They only serve pizza at the restaurant at the establishment. My room was not cleaned and I stayed 4 days . Left for breakfast daily and no bed made or garbage removed .”

”The food is very fresh and they take great pride in quality ingredients in their food and drinks. Each is a masterpiece both is taste and presentation! The staff are all amazing and the property is very clean, except for the pools which gather leaves from the trees above, but I appreciate it’s impossible to avoid. ”L'hôtel est comme à l'abandon. Tant que des travaux ne sont pas faits, ne surtout pas y aller. Nous avons été en février 2026 et avons dû écourter notre séjour tellement c'était horrible. ”

”I was in the area solely to assess whether a suitable region to potentially retire to, and to see what was available for land purchase: thus I just needed basic accomodations...quiet for sleeping...comfortable bed...and clean. Las Cabinas Suenos met those needs. The owner Ledys replied promptly to all my queries and the check-in went smoothly.”

”The villa is just as described and the location is cool. We spent days exploring the area, late afternoons cooling off in the pool and evenings watching the sunset. The walk down to the river is easy and we spent an afternoon hanging out there and swimming in the water. As others have said, there is still a lot of construction happening on the property and when complete the place will be fantastic. For now, there are no other amenities like a restaurant or spa on site but they are building...

”We only stayed one night when travelling through, but wished we would have had more time to enjoy the horse riding and ziplines. The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide during our brief stop, and enjoyed walking around the property with company from the very friendly (but not in your face!) dogs. The only very small thing is the...
