”I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and it is my go to for when I need to be near the university. I highly recommend this place. I also like the 3pm coffee and cookies!!!”

”Rooms were clean and big, free breakfast was great, parking was super convenient. Location was perfect- lot of restaurants and UW so close by. We had a 2nd floor room, so you can hear a lot of street noise. ”
”Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay.
Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. ”
”Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!”
”Space to roam and a Garage! The master suite had the best view of the city and an incredible hot tub bath. It was excellent to have your own washer and drier. Saved us so much money. Just grab some coffee from the Safeway down the street and you’re all set for the morning. ”

”The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....
