”First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled.
Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns.
and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days....

”We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Tempe for one night, and unfortunately, the experience was mediocre at best. The property is relatively new and appears to be well-maintained. ”We stayed for 5 nights in November. Pleasant stay, room was clean and spacious, breakfast as expected, enough hot items. Hotel is a bit worn and there was some work being done in the hallways. The pool was nice and we had it almost to ourselves during our stay. Would stay again. Location near Papago Park a plus.”
