Two potential improvements: we like a cool bedroom and warm bathroom, but it's not possible to heat the bathroom separately. Breakfast wasn't early enough to allow us to eat comfortably and get to our event; an earlier breakfast start would be great.”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. ”

”Parking online says $8 per day. I was charged $24 per day. Found a teeth flosser in spare bed. Also had to ask for pillow case for spare bedding didn't include one. Had to ask housekeeping for a shampoo as they had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner in the shower.”

”The staff was attentive, the hotel was quite, we used the pool and gym. The beds were comfortable and my family enjoyed the stay.”

”The Hotei is new but sits right next to the freeway and under a flight path for planes coming into land at the local airport. The decor is simple with lots of hard surfaces. So everytime a client opens or closed their room door the sound echoes down the hallways. The room doors don't close, they slam. The room amenities are minimal...one tiny shampoo and soap. No hair dryers. Small sized towels. A nice small kitchen but completely empty...so useless except for the refrigerator...unless you...

”Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. We paid because we were tired, but most places will let you check in as a courtesy if the room is available. Other than that, it was okay. I won’t be back as I saw there are many other...

”I thought everything was really nice. One of the things that I absolutely noticed and it was done on purpose. I’m sure because you have absolutely no seating for people at all outside the pool area. You’ve got a huge area back there and nowhere to sit down have a cup of coffee enjoy besides being having to go to the pool or not getting your choice to sit down outside and second was you guys close down the beach at 7 o’clock and wouldn’t allow people to sit down there, which is ridiculous because...
