”BEWARE! They will turn off the hot water mid shower without warning! If you need new and clean towels you have to take the dirty towels in a basket to the front lobby before they exchange them for cleans ones. The staff if super rude and unprofessional. Lastly, the sheets on the bed were dirty and the room smelled terribly. Do not recommend. Please resort as a last option.”

”When we arrived, the lobby was not air conditioned so waiting to check in was hot (it was approximately 95 degrees outside). When we got to the room, the sofabed that my daughter was supposed to sleep on was covered in hair (hopefully dog hair and not human hair). When we asked to switch rooms or if it could be cleaned, we were told that the cleaning staff had gone home and the hotel was full. They gave us a portable bed that was not fit to sleep on. When we returned from sightseeing the...

”Room was clean, nice size, bed was comfortable and kitchen had basics you need. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but doable. Hotel gym had enough for few days workout. Breakfast was ok, toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, steaks and pancakes. After reading previous reviews, I was positively surprised with this hotel.”

”I "specifically" requested receipt to be emailed but I never received. Today I had to submit my expenses and wasted so much time in calling them and following up. Such a waste of time. I travel almost every month so I really do not have time for such wastage of time as it all adds up... just NO NO for me!”

”This property is conveniently located. I stayed the weekend and enjoyed the in room kitchen. The muffins and coffee in the AM were nice. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. Rooms are a little older in condition but the shower and bed were fine! Would definitely stay again!”
