”Room was clean, must request housekeeping if you want your room serviced the next day. Tina and Barbara at the front desk were very friendly, got us checked in quickly, offered dining suggestions and directions. Work crews use this property so request a room away from them, very nice but loud and stay up late. Our room was downstairs and room above us was very loud and heavy on the floor. Hot water dispenser in breakfast room does not work very well.”

”Lovely Hotel, clean, staff are attentive, fabulous breakfast. Easy access to highway. The only issue we had was our room faced the parking lot and the security light shone directly into our room. There were no drapes to pull across the window, only sheer curtains. ”

”The bed was comfortable and everything in the room was brand new. They are working on the amenities. I would say that this place can not be beat for the price. ”

”The staff was friendly and prompt. Grounds were very clean, well maintained. Rooms clean. A true hidden Gem! Excellent rates!!! Will stay here again!! Have already recommend to others. Thank you. ”

”No pool as advertise on Expedia but did received email from hotel prior to arrival. Stove didn’t work and was never fixed during my stay. Staff very courteous and available. Room/bathroom clean with basic supplies. Thank you.”

”The room I had wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for an employee to tell me they just renovated when it had hair in the tub,sink,and in the fridge even. Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here. ”

”The breakfast was an absolute joke I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog…. There were obvious illegal activities going on throughout the entire night, sketchy people just hanging out in vehicles in the parking lot, ultimately this is not a place you want to stay the whole city is disgusting and very very uncomfortable. I only stayed 2 nights and between those two nights I might have gotten 5hrs of sleep due to the fact I felt the need to constantly check to make sure my vehicle was not being messed...

”This is our new go to place to stay while visiting our daughter at ULL. It is perfect for our family. The breakfast was amazing! It's so clean!”

”Great location near many shops and restaurants. It was a bit noisy at times since it was across the street from the hospital. The towels were very small and when we asked for fresh ones, we never received them. We ran out of tissues and had to ask there times before some was brought. The bistro was counter service and very over priced, but they had plenty of seating. The bed was yet comfortable and the blackout shades did a good job. Would probably stay here again ”

”Chek-in was quick and pillows were comfortable, but those are the only good things to say about this hotel. The room smelled and Felt damp and mildewy, the pool was small, as was the room. You can only turn to this hotel from the road when coming from Gulf Shores - not from the other direction. Nothing but a hospital you can walk from this hotel.”
