”The staff was so nice dont remember the lady on duty when we checked in but was the same one when we departed unexpectedly with a emergency from our complete stay but she was so helpful and understanding and helped us out she was a excellent professional individual..”

”Room was clean, must request housekeeping if you want your room serviced the next day. Tina and Barbara at the front desk were very friendly, got us checked in quickly, offered dining suggestions and directions. Work crews use this property so request a room away from them, very nice but loud and stay up late. Our room was downstairs and room above us was very loud and heavy on the floor. Hot water dispenser in breakfast room does not work very well.”

”No pool as advertise on Expedia but did received email from hotel prior to arrival. Stove didn’t work and was never fixed during my stay. Staff very courteous and available. Room/bathroom clean with basic supplies. Thank you.”

”The room I had wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for an employee to tell me they just renovated when it had hair in the tub,sink,and in the fridge even. Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here. ”

”4 stars because the customer service was decent. My guy at the desk was patient enough with me and did what he could, as I had messed up the reservation and like to had a stroke in the process. The room was cleanish, everything pretty much what you would expect for the price. Def keep the door locked tho”

”Such an awesome place to stay when out of town! Breakfast was nice and fresh…eggs, sausage links, hash brown potato’s, pancakes, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, THE WORKS! Room was very spacious with a kitchenette. T.V. wasn’t working the 1st night, but they had resolved the problem. Very convenient location to where my conference was! Will definitely be staying here again and 100% recommend it! ”

”Chek-in was quick and pillows were comfortable, but those are the only good things to say about this hotel. The room smelled and Felt damp and mildewy, the pool was small, as was the room. You can only turn to this hotel from the road when coming from Gulf Shores - not from the other direction. Nothing but a hospital you can walk from this hotel.”

”Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix...

”I was very disappointed with the morning breakfast. The food containers were empty both mornings I tried to eat. The food choices were very sub-par. An egg white omelette or a cheese and egg omelette both days. They were something placed on a baking pan and heated up. Second morning they actually put some biscuits and gravy out, but they too were very scarce for consumption. Gravy pan was empty most of the time.The pancake maker machine was also slow and when it worked made very small...
