”I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. The bathroom mirror in our room was broken and dirty, the lights over the bed did not work, we had 2 towels 1 of them was stained, and the body wash in the shower was empty. ”I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.”

”Property was decent. Only one elevator working and it sounded like it was about ready to break down. The pool was not open and this location did not offer a complimentary breakfast, usually one of the reasons I choose BW's. So disappointed in this location.”
