”The hotel itself was great, it was very clean, has a nice pool with jacuzzi. The breakfast was really great, the room was comfortable. That was a little on the hard side for me. The area is a little suspect, so decided to be cautious, I didn't know the area. But I definitely recommend the place. I got pretty good value from it overall.”

”The breakfast was incredible and the woman in charge was so sweet! She definitely helped brighten our mornings. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Though the area is technically walkable, and there are a lot of stores nearby, if you have any difficulties walking like I do you will get tired out very quickly by the hills in the area. But the public transportation is incredibly easy to use and does have a stop right outside the hotel. ”
”The hotel is well-located on the waterfront of Old Alexandria. The waterfront is a beautiful place to walk. The parking garage at the hotel was very convenient. It’s also easy walking distance to other sites and restaurants in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

Yes there were a few things that were worn (mostly bathroom) but the rest of the room was very clean and had the feel of an executive suite. Shower pressure was great and the air conditioner was quiet. (2 of our pet peeves). The breakfast was amazing!! Clean, good coffee and loads of options above and beyond the typical offerings. I actually left my wallet and they found it and assisted me with shipping it promptly. ”
