”The whole experience was incredible, great room, bed was great, amenities were great, breakfast was so delicious and the owner was so very accommodating and delightful, she even sat with us at breakfast and we talked about all of our grandchildren. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again!”

”Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

”The bed and breakfast was amazing! We stayed in the African room and it was very clean, beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. We had a Mexican breakfast that was prepared by Jeanne, it was very delicious. Dave greeted us when we got there, he was a delight to talk to. Overall, this bed and breakfast is a wonderful get away and we will definitely be back. Thank you Dave and Jeanne for the wonderful experience!”

”We loved our stay! The staff was wonderful the rooms were beautiful and having the 24 hour front desk service we felt additional security. We would definitely come back here when we are in the area. The breakfast was also included and we had so many choices and it was delish. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and the price was affordable !!! Loved everything about our stay!!!”
