”The main criteria for me in a well rated hotel is a clean space that allows a comfortable night’s sleep. While this hotel was clean, their central air was not working during my two night stay and they had no fans available. The temp in my room did not get below 75 and for a woman in my season of life, it was unbearable. When I inquired at the front desk about a fan, the clerk told me he had it worse because he was standing under hot lights all day. Also. It really makes me mad when housekeeping...

”Everything about the property was great they even have a charging station in there parking lot, the only thing that swayed my whole rating was is that I paid for the breakfast for two and was told that I did not and was not granted breakfast and am out whatever it was to prepay for the breakfast. 3 stars”

”First of all I paid extra for the “Premium” room experience which was supposed to include snacks and egyptian sheets and luxurious towels….I get in the room (which wasn’t hard because the door frame was busted) and there are no snacks, stains all over the furniture and a HUGE cigarette burn in the comforter.
