”Veldig lyst og fint og rent rom. Varmepumpe som kjølte ned rommet. God dusj. Kjøleskap med noe drikke og pålegg. Husverten kunne lite engelsk men fikk god service.”

The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. ”Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

L'angolo cottura è molto funzionale e mi è stato molto utile. Il bagno è ampio e molto ben curato.

While the rooms themselves are lovely, the biggest perk of La Gemma is the owner, who went above and beyond to give us a good experience.
