”I have absolutely no complaints. We had a great time. The lobby is fun and relaxing. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean maybe a little on the small side, but However, that was acceptable given the overall accommodations. ”

”The room was cool. The only issue I have is that the shower head was pretty rusty and had limescale on it. The breakfast was nice. Pretty standard. I do wish they had non pork options for the meats. But it was cool. I appreciated the microwave. Parking filled up fast but I was able to find a spot. This is a convenient spot to stay in near the mall. ”

”My husband and I had a great overall experience staying at the Element in King of Prussia this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was how professionally and quickly the team handled an issue on our last evening. Unfortunately, guests in the room next to us were smoking, which began to affect our room. Mind you this is a smoke-free hotel. We called down to the front desk, and...

”There’s no water pressure the toilet even has no water pressure. The staff is really cold. Some are nice but most are cold. There are terrible directions on the top floor to get to places. There are no signs and it’s very dark, including in the room.”

”No hot water in the three rooms we were moved to and our refrigerator was warm and moldy. There is only one suitcase cart for the whole property and someone had it stowed in their room and no one could find it..never again!”
