”Owners changed our stay to a different apartment, so we were not actually at this address. The property we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was easy to check-in and owners responded to questions quickly. ”

”The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...
