”Bar was not well stacked. There was no entertainment in the middle of springbreak. Some nice Caribbean music would have been nice at nights. Pastries were stale. Some Caribbean dishes and pastries would have been appreciated. ”

”Stayed at Keyonna Beach for a week in August with my husband. It was utterly relaxing and excellent. It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for great and attentive service and total zen&relaxation on a quiet beach in beautiful surroundings, this is definitely your place!”

”This was an absolute gem! My husband and I were here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly, the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious and our room was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and are excited to return again.”

”Poolside was great! Limited seating at the pool. If you don’t get there early, you are out of luck.
Views were fantastic. Staff was lovely and took good care during our staff.
Facilities and room were clean. Needs renovation, modern updates.”

”The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement.
The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel.
The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate....
