”This property didn’t look like the photos, the area didn’t feel super safe, the rooms were extremely dated, the beds were uncomfortable, and the staff were unfriendly. I was hoping this would be a fun last nights stay on a road trip but overall it sucked.”

”The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing 5 stars for the chef!!! And the staff at the bar were great!! The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for the amenities because a lot of them I didn’t use and my room was not as clean as it should of been someone actually used the bathroom and didn’t flush when I arrived.”

”En ninguno de los cuartos teníamos shampoo ni acondicionador para poder bañarnos”

”My room had some gross plumbing issues with the shower and toilet. I was disappointed with that. However when I discovered it after getting back late, the staff immediately switched my room and the rest of the stay was great”

”No help at all”

”Hotellissa remontti kesken ja uima-alas, kuntosali eivät olette käytössä ja ruokailutilan viihtyvyys oli heikolla tasolla”

”Stayed for 3 nights for a wedding. Did not clean my room the whole time. Only one elevator. Had to use service elevator.”

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”
