”Booked a suite for a short family vacation. Everything looked fine at first, but then by late night, it became clear that our stay will be ruined. The hotel is located on a very busy street with a bus stop right under the windows. We were surprised to find out that there are big gaps running around the windows which allow for most of the outside noise to penetrate the suite. We could hear the voices on the street, the announcements on the buses, clanking of a metallic plate down the road, -...

”It's a nice hotel with an older charm to it. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had terrible water pressure and a low shower head that was not adjustable. Great location and friendly staff.”

”This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

”Parking too expensive especially for overnight if paying hundreds of dollars to stay parking should at least be free. $12 for internet just for one night crazyyy imagine having to stay for a month and you have to do work also the pool being permanently closed is a no no, no microwave. If you’re thinking of staying call ahead don’t just look at what they put on the website.”

”There was a hole in the ceiling of the gym. The room we stayed in had dust, crumbs, and candy wrappers on the floor. Robes were stained and the kitchen staff were not knowledgeable about allergies (celiac). Would not stay here again.”
