”Let's start with the good stuff. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels and a great size too, not the usual handkerchief you often get!
Massive bed, crisp clean bedding, great pillows.
OK, so let's ignore the fact that the decor is in need of an update - it might be shabby, but the room was really clean throughout.
Negatives? Central heating SO noisy, I had to wear earplugs to block out the background noise.
And the shower, although really good and hot, is like being spiked by needles! Easily...

”The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing.”

”Really attentive staff at the bar a big thank you to Jack for serving us on Friday.
Mixed reviews on the room, one couple moved because of noisy guests my upgrade given to another member of our group so that was annoying and only one charger working so not able to charge our car.
Other guests being disrespectful to the adjoining property smoking out of the window !
Bed really comfy abc a fabulous shower and lovely toiletries.
Bill needs to be a bit clearer as it’s not obvious what you have...
