Anil and the Nepalese manager (didn't catch the name) were so pleasant and they were friendly, helpful and great at their job! And the cleaner with the red hair was top notch! I had a quadruple room for 3 people for 2 nights and it was HUGE. It was one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in. I was so impressed that the ironing board, iron, hairdryer, extra blankets and extra pillows...

”The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing.”

”The hotel staff were super friendly and even though there was a technical hitch at check in (not their fault) they made sure that we were not impacted by it. Things like thatake a big difference to any stay. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. ”

”The Pavillion was a great little hotel. Incredibly clean, small room but perfect for a nights stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice open fire in the lobby was a lovely touch also! Will definitely be returning next year. ”
