”The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy.”

”Although I had a hard time finding it at first and had to unload late at night, Sandi had left the porch lights on for us, and we had no problems with wildlife. It was such a quiet and peaceful area out in a new development off the main roads. My pups and I felt very welcome and Sandi answered any questions I had and stayed in touch with me although we did not get to meet.”

”My husband, son, and I spent a week at the cottage and enjoyed our getaway. It’s cozy and well-appointed, and the views and fresh air are outstanding. The cottage is higher up in the mountains than I thought, but it was beautiful up there and very quiet. It’s close to attractions but away from the noise and crowds. It’s a great place to stay in the Manitou/Colorado Springs area.”

”This house was fantastic and the location was amazing. We came to Manitou for the wine festival and had no idea how close the house would be to it! We had the best time and we loved sitting out on the upper deck together. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.”

”We are from Greeley and just came up for the night. We went downtown Estes for dinner then came back to the room. We sat in the hot tub under a completely clear sky! We could see every star! The sound of the river is very calming. We did contact the owner. He got back to us in a matter of minutes! Very easy process and a great night away. We will be back!”

”Our cabins was so nice, very clean, stacked with all the kitchen, bathroom necessities we needed. The rooms were all so clean and having that wonderful hot tub right on our deck was wonderful. It was so clean and temperature was perfect. All the coded to enter the cabin and hot tub worked, not problems there. The location was great, restaurants, store, gas, all within walking distance if needed and a few short minute ride into Estes Park main street and also to the National Forest. Most pleased,...

”It was a beautiful property, exactly as listed and for a fair price. Loved that it was close to town, but far enough away that it was more quiet and peaceful. We also got to wake up to elk just outside the back door area. The living room area was perfect to relax and watch TV while recouping from the days activities. My only con was that the counters were a little sticky when we arrived, but they were easy enough to wipe up with all the supplies available. Overall 5 stars, would definitely...
