”We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :)”

”As expected.”

”Location was convenient to everything and building was super secure.”

”My husband and I stayed for a week at this beautiful home with our grown son and his girlfriend. The house is immaculately clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for an easy stay. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. It was very hot and humid in Maine during our trip, but the air-conditioners worked great to keep the house cool at all times. Communication with the property agent was prompt and courteous. We had a wonderful time and would love to return in the future.”

”We loved this place, the location, and the host!”

”Great property. Cute place. Note that there are very steep steps to get into the place, which is a conveyed attic.”

”Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. ”

”There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment”

”The place perfect for the price. Great location if you’re looking to walk to the city’s beach. A little far from downtown, but if you are okay with walking it’s good for getting your steps in. We went to VRBO hosts suggested lobster roll place - j’s oyster house. 9/10. And holy donut 9/10!!! Great recommendation! Also reccomend post dinner drinks at porthole for good drinks and live music and coastal creamery for good ice cream! Went to double great coffee in the morning which was only a 5 min...

”This room was actually a scary experience. The area was desolate, located across from a huge parking lot with drug addicts surrounding the building. The Uber driver would not leave until I entered because he felt I was unsafe, especially at midnight. The electric locks on both the front door and my room door did not feel secure. There was no deadbolt inside the room for extra security, so I wedged a chair under the door handle to feel safe. Considering the constant commotion outside and the...

”This place should not be rented as is. There are many liabilities that need to be addressed and it is not presented well or maintained well. Entry way door is filthy, mud room filthy, circular staircase to second floor is major liability, difficult to manage, needs non slip surfaces and should not be rented to those who are large, handicapped, with children, or who simply even have luggage. There is no smoking or vaping allowed but you sure can smell it from downstairs. Also the super...

”Terrible area with no parking-no lights in entrance- not suitable for more than two bedrooms. Fold out couch setup no good. Stairs steep and dangerous”

”Super cute apartment that was perfect for our stay in Portland. It was close to Old Port that had lots of cute shops and restaurants.”
