The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! ”

”Everything was great but it was kinda frustrating that the desk lamp was unplugged and the tv stand desk combo can't be moved to plug it back it in. I had to move around a bit to charge my laptop and not have it overheat. I would advise that housekeeping makes sure to mop the whole floor as I tried to mop up some water under the night stand and ended up with a dark dirty spot. The ptec unit was kinda confusing to use at first since there's no real indication that it's operated by the thermostat...

”The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.”

”Room was very clean. Hallways as well. Elevators and entrance were in need of cleaning and entrance smelled very strongly of smoke. Good breakfast and staff was friendly.”

”Stay away from this place. This hotel is not dirty, it is filthy. Tile floors were so sticky that had to use force to get shoes off them and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel...
