”The property is in need of a deep cleaning and a renovation. Location is great but wouldn’t stay there again due to the uncleanliness of the entire property.”

”Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

”The privacy of the one bedroom suite was nice. It was good to have sleeping space separated from the rest of the area. We booked an ocean front room with a balcony. While we were definitely facing the ocean, between you and the ocean is the pool, people, noise and activity that goes with that & DJs. I would pick a different resort for that reason alone next time. We are usually people who love sitting out on the balcony, watching the ocean and having a coffee or drink. We didn't do that once...

”We enjoyed our stay here but were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order and the water in the indoor pool was freezing. The hot tub has been out of order all season but this is not mentioned on the website. The rooms were clean and the outdoor pool was good. Wished it had been open longer in the evenings. Housekeeping did a great job keeping us supplied with the essentials.”

”The location is absolutely perfect to access the beach, activities in the community, places to eat and play. I have stayed at this location at Barefoot Landing many times. I believe I can sincerely call it 'my preferred spot" when I visit Myrtle Beach. Would be absolutely wonderful if a complimentary breakfast and bottled water are included. The staff are friendly and supportive. The lobby is comfortable and you can gather with family and friends and even make new acquaintances.”

”Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay with two kids. I wouldn't change anything and if I come back to Myrtle Beach I will choose Best Western again!”

”I stay here several times a year and like the fact the EV chargers are conveniently located on the property. Housekeeping did a great job. The pool was very crowded and lots of kids but we were still able to enjoy.check in is always easy.”

”Property was extremely dirty. Torn wallpaper, mold on the walls, and the couch was too dirty to sit on. Baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in months if not years. It’s nice that it’s an efficiency-style apartment, however, there are no pots and pans to cook with. wi-Fi extremely slow. On the bright side, the location was wonderful. Right on the ocean in prime shark tooth hunting. location. Beautiful but crowded beach. Nice staff.”

”Front desk staff were not friendly but got the job done. For a cheaper hotel that accommodates pets, it got the job done. The location is very desirable for my family. Pool was clean, breakfast was better than expected. Hotel did need quite a few fixes like lamps, carpet and other small details.”
