”The property was dirty. There was food particles in the sink coffee left in the coffee pot. The linen was dirty, and there were used food containers under the bed.

”Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

”The staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from our room was amazing! Easy to walk to good restaurants. My husband and me came to simply relax and enjoy the beach. It was nice to not have to drive around to have great food next door or in the hotel restaurant. Do wish that after several visits to this facility it’s starting to be run down around the pool and hot tub was in need of some real attention. Even so, we will return because everything else has been great. ”
”Good stay for one night. Beds are comfy but I hate how they don’t have water refill station. Staff at night was pretty lazy and didn’t know I need help since he was on phone.”

”They called prior to my arrival to confirm my stay. Asked about the location of my room ... was not ocean front with balcony but asked if they could accommodate and said they would do what they could, considering there was a 10 day event going on. Arrived only to find out that they DID reserve an ocean front w/balcony room for me!!! Thank you 'HENRY' for going out of your way for a stranger. You're the BEST front desk manager.”
