”First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁”

”Our room was nice and clean.
There were baseball and soccer events going on so the kids left trash around that unfortunately was still in the lobby and out front the next day. They could have been short on staff for the day.
We asked for more towels and a pillow and even though the gentlemen at the front desk was busy he brought them to our room very quickly.
The Breakfast was ok. Sunday was a little better than Saturday. They had more staff on. Also there was only one waffle maker so there...

”Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!”

”Room was disgusting pink goo stains on one comforter burn holes in the other. Boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. Stains on sheets and towels. Sagging falling apart ceiling tiles.
Staff was friendly at check-in but refused to address issues or even switch rooms (there were available rooms)
