”We stayed a night after coming back from a cruise. There was 6 of us (3 under 12) and we had a wonderful time! Beach access wqs was great and we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit! Our family had an amazing stay. Thank you!”

”The house is a little bit of history, from the original flooring, beautiful curated fixtures, photos on the wall that paint a picture of the home. It was like walking into home, they have everything you could need to cook or make meals which is not always typical. The yard was fun, our young family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I just wish we had thought to baby proof we had to borrow a baby gate, definitely didn’t read that part of the listing. Very suitable for older children. ”

”We loved this adorable house! We only stayed one night before our cruise, but definitely wished we could have stayed longer! The description and photos were accurate, Tiffany was super responsive. Property was clean, beds so comfy, bathrooms perfect! This house was so well thought out, loved having the lights labeled, fans in the rooms, great coffee bar, and comfy blankets! Loved our stay! Highly recommend ”

”The Whimsical Mermaid Cottage was a cute little place to bring my small family for our first trip to Galveston! It was very clean and not a far drive to the beach and all that Galveston has to offer! Can’t wait to come back!”

”One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The cottage and garage apartment and charming patio were absolutely perfect for us, our adult son, and our daughter and her fiancé. The nicely appointed kitchen made it easy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Quiet neighborhood was within easy walking or driving distance of everything we wanted to do in Galveston. The hosts have thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back.”

”This was an older home that was renovated. Beautiful restored hard wood floors. Home was clean with lots of space for our big family. Location was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive to messages. Great price. Highly recommend! ”

”I am in a wheelchair and the property is very accessible..we stayed for 5 days 4 nights beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very big and accommodating for a person in a wheelchair. The agent even bought a bench seat for me to use. It was very thoughtful. We will use the property again. The only issue was parking is on the street.my accessible van was too large to turn into the alley driveway. ”
